The Malvern extending dining table pairs a warm oak top with gently tapered legs, giving you a piece that feels calm and unfussy in everyday use. The rectangular surface shows off the natural oak grain, while the pale honey tone keeps the whole table light and easy to sit with in most dining rooms and open-plan kitchens.

What makes this table practical is the built-in extension. Closed, it measures 1500mm across and seats a smaller household comfortably. Pull it open and the concealed leaf takes it out to 2000mm, giving you room for guests without needing to store a separate section elsewhere. The 900mm depth leaves plenty of space down the centre for serving dishes, and the 750mm height suits standard dining chairs.

Construction combines solid oak and rubberwood with an oak veneer over MDF, which keeps the top stable across the extension mechanism while holding the same grain look throughout. The four rounded legs sit at the corners, so seating is unobstructed along both long edges. It is a modern take on a classic dining shape, ready for daily meals as well as longer weekend gatherings.
