Description

The Linton is a wall-mounted picture light designed to throw an even wash of light across artwork, framed prints or a favourite mirror. A slim rectangular backplate carries a gently curved arm down to a rounded tubular head, giving the classic gallery look. The whole thing is made from steel, with an adjustable joint at the head so you can tilt the beam to sit right on the piece you want to show off.

It comes in two colourways: warm Antique Brass and cooler Satin Chrome, so you can match it to picture frames, door furniture and other fittings in the room. It suits a hallway, a study, a stairwell or a living room where you want to draw attention to a painting or photograph, and works equally well over a headboard or mantel.

The head measures 28cm wide, 15cm deep and 17.5cm high, keeping it neat and close to the wall. The adjustable arm and pivoting head let you angle the light down onto the artwork and reduce glare. Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth to keep the finish looking its best, and avoid abrasive cleaners that could mark the plating.
