This pendant is designed for covered outdoor areas such as porches, verandas and patios with a roof or solid canopy overhead. For fully exposed locations subject to driving rain, an IP65 or IP66 rated fitting would be more appropriate.

Is the LED replaceable?

The 6W LED is integrated into the fitting and is not user-replaceable. The LED is rated for a typical lifespan of 25,000-30,000 hours, which translates to approximately 10-15 years of use at 5 hours per day.

What ceiling height works best?

The cable drop is adjustable during installation. For a dining table or seating area, positioning the shade 700-900mm above the surface works well. For porch or entrance lighting, a higher position of 1800-2200mm above ground level provides clearance without losing the decorative effect of the mesh shade.
