The Holity is a surface mount ceiling adapter that converts recessed downlight fittings into surface-mounted fixtures. The cylindrical housing in matt black powder-coated steel conceals the ceiling cut-out and provides a finished aesthetic where a recessed fitting cannot be installed due to insufficient ceiling void depth or where a surface-mounted look is preferred.

Designed for retrofit and new-build installations where recessed mounting is impractical, the adapter sits directly onto the ceiling surface and houses the downlight fitting within its cylindrical body. The matt black finish suits contemporary, industrial and minimalist interiors, providing a discrete mounting solution that blends with dark ceilings or acts as a defined accent on lighter surfaces. The white internal base plate reflects light downward to maintain output efficiency.

The adapter accepts downlight fittings with a compatible diameter and mounting specification, allowing builders and electricians to maintain design intent when a full recessed installation is not achievable. The low-profile cylinder adds minimal visual bulk compared to a traditional surface box, and the powder-coated steel construction provides durability in residential and commercial applications. Installation requires fixing the adapter to the ceiling joists or solid surface and connecting the downlight within the housing.
