Description

The Power Supply Exility is a 200W constant voltage LED driver supplying 24V DC output for low-voltage track lighting systems. Housed in a black powder-coated aluminium casing with IP54 ingress protection, the driver accepts AC 180-265V 50Hz mains input and converts it to regulated 24V DC for LED track heads, spotlights and linear fittings. The driver is non-dimmable and operates at a fixed output voltage.

Designed for commercial lighting installations including retail, galleries, offices and hospitality spaces, the driver mounts directly onto track rail systems or can be installed remotely in ceiling voids, above suspended ceilings or within technical plant rooms where the IP54 rating provides protection against dust ingress and splashing water. The 200W output capacity supports multiple LED track heads on a single circuit, with the total connected load not exceeding 200W.

The extruded aluminium body measures approximately 500mm in length and includes mounting brackets at each end for fixing to track rail or structural supports. The black finish integrates visually with black track systems and recedes in darker ceiling voids. The wide AC input voltage range of 180-265V accommodates voltage fluctuations common in commercial environments and allows the driver to function across different regional supply voltages without adjustment.

Frequently Asked

Is this driver dimmable?

No. The Power Supply Exility operates at fixed 24V DC output and is not compatible with dimming systems. If dimming is required, a separate dimmable driver model must be specified.

What is the IP54 rating for?

IP54 provides protection against dust ingress and splashing water from any direction. This makes the driver suitable for installation in ceiling voids, technical spaces and covered outdoor areas where occasional moisture or dust exposure may occur. It is not suitable for direct outdoor exposure or wet locations.

How many track heads can it power?

The 200W capacity supports multiple LED track heads provided their combined wattage does not exceed 200W. For example, ten 15W track spots or twenty 10W spots can be powered from a single driver. Always calculate total load before installation.

Can it be used with non- track systems?

The driver outputs standard 24V DC, so it is electrically compatible with any 24V DC track system. However, mechanical mounting dimensions and fixing methods are designed for track rail. Adapters or custom mounting may be needed for third-party track systems.
