Description

The Laucala vase brings a hand-crafted feel to shelves, mantels and console tables. Made from stoneware in a soft off-white tone, it has a rounded, slightly organic body with a raised fan pattern carved into the surface. The ridged lines sweep out from a central point like the veins of a leaf or the fluting of a shell, giving the piece plenty of texture and shadow without any painted decoration.

The lightly speckled clay and the softly uneven rim keep things looking natural rather than machine-made, so each vase has a little character of its own. It works well as a standalone object or filled with dried grasses and stems, and the sculptural finish means it holds its own even when left empty.

Available in 2 sizes, from a 24cm cube-height piece up to a taller 36.5cm version, so you can pick the scale that suits your space or group both together. The neutral colour sits happily alongside wood, linen and other natural materials, making it easy to place across different rooms and styles.

The stoneware body is best suited to dried stems and grasses. If you would like to use fresh flowers, we suggest placing a smaller waterproof insert or jar inside to protect the finish.
