This large ceramic vase takes the form of a tall olpe, the classic jug-like silhouette with a rounded body that narrows towards a slender neck. Standing 37cm high and measuring 18cm across, it has real presence on a shelf, sideboard or floor without needing anything inside it. The blue glaze catches the light across the curved surface, shifting from deeper tones in the shadows to brighter notes where the ceramic swells outward. The finish is smooth and even, with the gentle irregularities you would expect from a fired ceramic piece.
