Description

The Kyoto media unit brings together solid mindi wood and natural rattan cane webbing in a low, wide form that suits both open living rooms and snug corners. Two sliding doors run along the front, one panelled in woven rattan and one in solid timber grain, so you can slide either across to reach the storage behind. The soft natural finish shows off the wood's open grain and lets the rattan panel stand out with its warm honey tone.

Behind the doors sits room for AV boxes, games consoles, remotes and media, keeping cables and clutter tucked out of sight while leaving the flat top clear for a television up to a comfortable width. The unit rests on four square block legs that lift it clear of the floor, adding a light, airy look and making cleaning underneath simple. At 1400mm wide and 450mm tall, it gives a settled, grounded profile without dominating the space.
