Description

The Karine pendant brings a tiered arrangement of textured glass batons together beneath a brushed aged brass frame. Two overlapping rings of clear glass drop down in graduated layers, catching and softening the light as it passes through. Suspended from a brass chain and matching ceiling rose, it hangs with a scale that works well over a dining table or in a room with height to spare.

Each glass baton has a rippled, hand-finished surface, so the light is scattered rather than sharp. The warm tone of the aged brass sits behind the glass, giving the fitting a soft glow when lit and a clean, ordered look when off. The steel structure holds the tiers firm while keeping the outline light and open.

At 570mm wide and standing up to 1985mm at full drop, the chain can be shortened to suit lower ceilings. It suits living rooms, dining rooms and hallways where you want a central light with presence but plenty of clarity. Pair it with warm-white bulbs to make the most of the brass and glass combination.
