Description

The Iowa Coffee Table is a low, solid-looking piece built around a plinth base and a thick rectangular top. Made from mango wood and mango wood veneer, it has a chunky profile that keeps the proportions grounded, while the open recess between top and base gives it a floating look. The sawn texture in the grain is left visible, so each table carries the natural marks and movement of the wood.

It comes in two colourways: a soft Whitewash that lifts the grain with a pale, chalky finish, and a warmer Natural that shows more of the wood's honey tones. Both suit open-plan living rooms, and the long 150cm top gives plenty of surface for books, trays and drinks in front of a sofa. The pale Whitewash works well in coastal and Scandi-leaning rooms, while the Natural sits comfortably with rustic and neutral schemes.

Each table is built with a solid mango wood frame and veneer over engineered board on the wider surfaces, then finished by hand, so grain and tone vary from piece to piece. Wipe clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid standing hot or wet items directly on the surface. Use coasters and mats to protect the finish over time.
