The Hurston Rectangular Wall Mirror keeps things clean and simple: a large rectangular glass with a slim metal frame that draws a neat line around the edge. At 60cm wide and 90cm tall, it gives a generous reflection without a heavy border, so the glass does the work and the frame just tidies the outline. The backing is MDF, with a real glass mirror and a metal surround.

It comes in three colourways: bronze, black and champagne. The bronze and champagne bring a soft, warm metallic edge, while black gives a sharper, more graphic look. All three suit a hallway, above a console, in a bedroom or a bathroom, and the tall rectangular shape hangs well portrait or landscape depending on your wall. Pick the finish that ties in with your other metals, whether that is warm brass tones or a plain matt black.

The frame is metal over an MDF backing, with the mirror glass set inside the slim profile. The finish is smooth and even across the whole edge. To keep it looking its best, wipe the glass with a soft, lint-free cloth and a little glass cleaner sprayed onto the cloth rather than the mirror, and dust the frame with a dry cloth. Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners on the metal.
