Description

The Highgrove coffee table brings a classic feel to the living room, with a round top and a warm natural wood finish. Crafted from mindi and mindi veneer over an MDF core, the surface shows a book-matched grain that fans out across the top and catches the light across the day. A moulded edge runs around the rim, adding a soft profile that reads as traditional without feeling heavy.

Four turned legs give the piece its character, tapering to fine points in a style borrowed from older cabinet-making. The shaped apron beneath the top carries carved detail at each corner, keeping the base in step with the turned legwork. At 900mm across and 450mm tall, it sits at a comfortable height beside a sofa and offers plenty of room for books, drinks and a tray.

The rich brown tone works well against both pale and darker upholstery, and the round shape helps a busy room feel more open with no sharp corners to negotiate. It suits a classic scheme but holds its own in a more relaxed, rustic setting too.
