The Highclere 2 Light Wall Light pairs a turned metal backplate with twin candle-style arms and a wide half-drum fabric shade. The two lamps sit inside the shade so light spreads softly across the wall and out into the room, giving you a gentle glow rather than a harsh point of light. It is a classic look with clean lines, built on a steel frame with a woven fabric shade.

The range comes in four colourways: Antique Brass, Vintage Brass, Chrome with a natural shade, and Charcoal with nickel detail. That gives you a warmer metallic option or a cooler one to match your fittings, plus a choice of pale or darker shade. At 35cm wide and projecting 18cm from the wall, it suits a hallway, a landing, a bedroom either side of the bed, or a living room where you want low-level light. It is a wall sconce that reads traditional but works in plenty of modern rooms too.

The frame is steel with a plated or painted finish depending on the colourway, and the shade is fabric over a half-drum former. Wipe the metal with a soft dry cloth and dust the shade lightly. Fitting is to a wall with the light switched off at the mains, and it takes two candle lamps.
