Description
The Hatfield Side Table takes its cue from mid-century Scandinavian design, with a rounded triangular top set on three tapered splayed legs. The top is finished in oak veneer over an MDF core, while the solid oak and rubber wood legs give a light, open look that sits well beside a sofa or armchair. Small foot glides keep the table steady on hard floors. It measures 45cm wide by 43cm deep by 43cm high, a compact footprint for tight corners and smaller rooms.
We offer the Hatfield in two colourways: a pale Natural oak that keeps things bright and airy, and a warmer Smoked tone for a deeper, more grounded feel. Both suit living rooms, bedrooms and reading nooks, whether you want somewhere for a lamp, a mug and a book, or a plant. The rounded top has no sharp corners, which helps in busy or family spaces.
Construction pairs an oak veneer surface with a sturdy MDF base and turned solid wood legs. The wood grain shows through the finish on both tones, so each table has its own character. To care for it, wipe with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth and dry straight away. Avoid standing hot items or wet glasses directly on the top, and use a mat where you can.

The top is oak veneer over an MDF core, and the three tapered legs are solid oak and rubber wood, so it feels light but stays sturdy.
How big is it?
It measures 45cm wide, 43cm deep and 43cm high, a compact size that fits neatly beside a sofa or chair or in a smaller room.
Is the top safe around children?
The top has a rounded triangular shape with no sharp corners, which helps in busy family spaces, though we always suggest supervising young children.
