Description

The Eldon brings a practical outdoor light to porches, doorways and side passages with its curved gooseneck arm and rounded ribbed glass globe. The matt black finish sits against most exterior walls, while the fluted glass scatters the light into a soft, textured glow once the bulb is lit. It is a compact fitting that works as much for its looks as its function.

Built into the round wall plate is a PIR motion sensor, positioned below the mounting screws so it can detect movement as you approach. This makes the Eldon a useful choice for entrances and pathways where hands-free lighting adds a layer of security. The arm holds the globe forward and slightly downward, casting light across the ground rather than straight out at eye level.

Made from aluminium and stainless steel with a clear ribbed glass shade, the frame is suited to outdoor use and stands up to the elements. The single lamp sits inside the globe and is visible through the ribbing, giving the fitting a warm centre when switched on. At 288mm wide and 292mm tall, it fits neatly beside a door or along a wall without dominating the space.
