Description

The Dimple wall light pairs a brushed brass fitting with a champagne-tinted glass globe, and the combination casts a warm, gentle glow across the wall. The dimpled surface of the shade catches and breaks up the light, adding softly rippled highlights when the bulb is switched on. It is a compact fitting that suits a spot beside a bed, along a hallway or either side of a fireplace.

The metalwork is finished in a warm brushed brass tone, from the round backplate through to the angled arm that supports the globe. The champagne glass reads as a soft amber, allowing the exposed bulb to show through while keeping the glare comfortable. At 145mm wide and projecting 200mm from the wall, it stays close to the surface without dominating the space around it.

Fixed by a circular wall plate, the fitting mounts flat and holds a single bulb within the open-bottomed shade. It works well on its own as a reading light or in a pair to frame a mirror, bed or seating area, and the warm metal and glass tones sit easily alongside neutral and earthy schemes.
