Description

The Cordero is a semi-flush ceiling light that pairs a patterned metal frame with a soft fabric drum shade. The outer cage is cut with a repeating ring fretwork that sits over an inner white shade, so light filters through the pattern while the diffuser at the base spreads a gentle glow downwards. Its low-profile fitting keeps it close to the ceiling, which suits rooms where a hanging pendant would sit too low.

It comes in 2 colourways: gold with a white shade, and satin nickel with a white shade. The warmer gold finish works well in living rooms, bedrooms and hallways with brass or wood accents, while the satin nickel leans cooler and calmer for a more neutral scheme. Measuring 43cm wide and 26cm high, it is a good fit for medium rooms and spaces with standard ceiling heights.

The frame is made from steel with a fabric shade and a frosted lower diffuser. The ceiling plate and central finial hold the shade in place, and the fretwork holds its shape without a separate liner on show. Wipe the metalwork with a dry, soft cloth and dust the shade lightly. Turn the light off and let bulbs cool before cleaning.
