This ceramic amphora vase brings a classical silhouette into a modern home, with its rounded body tapering to a narrower neck in the manner of an ancient urn. Standing 38cm tall and measuring 35cm across, it has real presence on the floor beside a console, in a fireplace alcove or set on a wide sideboard. The white glaze carries a soft sheen that catches the light without appearing glossy, and the fired ceramic gives it a reassuring weight that keeps it stable when filled or empty.

The generous shape of this vase makes it well suited to tall stems and larger arrangements. Fill it with dried pampas, eucalyptus or bare branches for a sculptural look, or use fresh blooms with long stems that echo the height of the neck.
