Description

The Fad Fusion is an adjustable LED pendant light with an articulated matt black metal arm suspended from a ceiling-mounted canopy. An integrated 8W LED module sits at the end of the arm inside a flat circular housing, casting 500 lumens of warm 3000K light through a diffuser with a 120° beam spread. The arm pivots at two joints, allowing the light head to be positioned over a desk, dining table or worktop without needing to move the ceiling fixing point.

Designed for task and accent lighting in kitchens, dining areas, home offices and reading corners, the Fusion provides directed light where ceiling-mounted fittings would normally cast fixed illumination. The articulated arm adjusts on installation and can be locked in place, so the pendant sits at a fixed angle once positioned rather than swinging freely. The matt black finish hides fingerprints and pairs with industrial, Scandi and contemporary interiors where matt metal is the dominant accent.

The 500-lumen output at 3000K gives enough light for meal preparation over a 900mm-wide island or focused reading at a desk without flooding the whole room. The integrated LED is rated at 8W and delivers approximately 62 lumens per watt, sitting in energy class G under the current UK labelling scheme. The fitting carries an IP20 rating for dry indoor use and is not dimmable. The CRI of 80 renders colours accurately enough for general residential use but sits below the 90+ needed for colour-critical work.

Is the Fusion dimmable?

No. The integrated LED is rated at 8W on 220-240V mains and does not support dimmer switches or controls.

Can the arm be adjusted after installation?

The arm pivots at two joints and can be repositioned during or after installation. Once tightened, the joints hold the arm in place at the chosen angle rather than allowing free movement.

What colour temperature is the LED?

The integrated LED is 3000K, which sits in the warm white range. This gives a soft yellow-toned light similar to traditional incandescent bulbs.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating means the fitting is suitable for dry indoor areas only and should not be installed in bathrooms, wet rooms or other locations where moisture or splashing is present.
