Description

The Fad mobile pendant features three matt black metal arms radiating from a central vertical rod, each arm terminating in an integrated LED module housed within a slim cylindrical head. The fitting delivers 800 lumens at 3000K warm white through the combined 15W LED output, distributed across the three independently positioned arms.

Designed for dining areas, kitchen islands and living spaces where the light needs to cover multiple zones from a single ceiling point, the mobile structure allows each arm to be rotated and angled on installation. The central rod hangs from a 100mm ceiling canopy that conceals the cable entry and driver. Each LED head houses a 120-degree beam angle lens that casts a wide pool of light below, making the fitting suitable for tables 1.6-2.0m wide or kitchen islands up to 2.2m long.

The matt black powder-coat finish on the metal frame resists fingerprints and pairs with both industrial and contemporary interiors. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry indoor locations away from bathroom zones and outdoor exposure. The non-dimmable driver means the fitting operates at full output only, without compatibility for dimmer switches. Total span across the three extended arms measures approximately 900mm, with each arm individually positionable during fitting to suit the space below.

Frequently Asked

Is this dimmable?

No. The integrated LED driver operates at fixed output and is not compatible with dimmer switches. The fitting runs at full 15W output whenever switched on.

Can the arms be adjusted after installation?

The arms are positioned during fitting and held in place by friction joints. While technically adjustable, repeated repositioning after installation may loosen the joints over time. Set the arm positions during the initial fit and leave them fixed.

What ceiling height is needed?

The central rod drop and arm projection mean the fitting works best with ceiling heights of 2.5m or above. In lower rooms the extended arms may hang too close to head height when walking beneath the fitting.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating means the fitting is only suitable for dry indoor rooms. It cannot be installed in bathroom zones or any location exposed to moisture or outdoor weather.
