Description

The Onda is a 12W LED ceiling spotlight built as a single adjustable head mounted to a compact cylindrical canopy, both finished in matt black aluminium. The integrated 2700K LED produces 700 lumens through a 96° beam angle, and the head rotates through 360° on the horizontal axis and tilts on the vertical axis, allowing light to be directed to specific areas of the room or onto feature walls.

Designed as accent or task lighting rather than a primary ceiling light, the spotlight suits hallways, corridors, kitchens, home offices and retail spaces where directed light is needed without fitting a full track system. The compact canopy fits directly to standard UK ceiling roses and the IP20 rating keeps the fitting to indoor dry locations only. The 90 CRI rating preserves colour accuracy, making the spotlight suitable for areas where true colour rendering matters.

The matt black aluminium finish dissipates heat efficiently and pairs with modern, industrial and minimalist interiors. The combined canopy and head measure approximately 120mm in height when angled downward, projecting roughly 100mm from the ceiling. The 12W LED is non-dimmable and runs directly on 220-240V mains without requiring a separate driver or transformer.

Can the spotlight head be adjusted after installation?

Yes. The head rotates through 360° horizontally and tilts vertically, allowing you to redirect the light beam without re-wiring or removing the fitting. The adjustment remains firm once positioned.

Is this dimmable?

No. The integrated 12W LED is not compatible with dimmer switches and runs at a fixed output of 700 lumens on mains power.

What beam angle does it produce?

The 96° beam angle produces a wide spread of light rather than a narrow spotlight effect, making it suitable for general accent lighting across a wider area rather than pinpoint highlighting.

Can it be used in bathrooms?

No. The IP20 rating means the fitting is suitable for indoor dry locations only. It cannot be installed in bathroom zones where moisture or steam is present.
