The Carnaby Turned Floor Lamp Base brings a shapely, spindle-turned column to the room, with rounded ridges spaced along its length for a decorative profile. It stands on a solid weighted disc base and finishes with a brass lamp holder at the top, ready for a shade of your choosing. Made from a mix of brass, steel and wood, it pairs a sturdy build with a hand-turned look that suits both traditional and more relaxed settings. This is a shade-ready base, so you can match a shade to your own scheme.

The range comes in four painted colourways: Cotswold Green, Marlin Blue, Almond White and Satin Pink. The softer greens and pinks work well in bedrooms and reading corners, while Marlin Blue and Almond White sit happily in living rooms and hallways. At 30cm wide and deep and 138cm tall, it gives useful floor-standing height beside a sofa or armchair without taking up much footprint.

The turned column is finished in a smooth matt paint over the wood, with the brass holder left as a warm metallic accent. The steel and weighted base keep it stable underfoot. To care for it, wipe the painted surfaces with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaners, which can mark the finish. Buff the brass holder gently to keep it bright.
