The Bresso is an extending dining table that pairs a ceramic top with a sculptural pedestal base. The marble-effect ceramic surface has a soft veined pattern and a smooth, hard-wearing finish, while the arched central column gives the table a modern, grounded look. An integrated extension mechanism lets you open out the top to seat extra guests, then close it back down for everyday meals.

The range comes in two colourways for the base, Black and Bronze, so you can match it to a bold monochrome scheme or something a little warmer. At 160cm long it suits open-plan kitchen diners and family dining rooms alike, and the single pedestal leaves plenty of room for chairs around all sides. The marble-look ceramic top works well with both muted and colourful chairs.

The top is made from ceramic over a supportive core, set on an iron frame with a plastic-finished base. Ceramic is naturally resistant to heat, scratches and stains, which makes it practical for daily use. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and a mild detergent, and dry it afterwards. Avoid dragging heavy items across the top, and check the extension mechanism runs freely before opening or closing it.
