The Amalfi is a round coffee table cut from solid natural marble, both the top and the base, in a deep black with pale veining that runs differently through every piece. The top measures 80cm across and sits 40cm high, a low, generous surface for a living room, and it rests on a base of two marble slabs that intersect in a cross with softly arched cut-outs at the foot. The honed surface has a matt, low-sheen finish that keeps the look calm and modern rather than glassy, and lets the natural veining do the work.
