Description

The Alton Twin Wall Light is a two-arm fitting with softly curved arms that sweep out from a round backplate to hold a pair of opal glass shades. The tapered bell shapes give a warm, diffused glow, and a built-in pull cord lets you switch the light on and off at the wall without a separate wall switch. It brings together a metal frame and glass shades for a simple, familiar look that sits happily in most homes.

The range comes in two colourways: opal glass with a satin chrome frame, and matt opal glass with an antique brass frame. The cooler satin chrome suits modern and neutral rooms, while the antique brass carries a warmer, more traditional feel. Either works well as a pair beside a bed, in a hallway or across a living room wall, with the pull cord making it handy for bedside use.

The frame is steel and the shades are glass, measuring 33cm wide, 15.5cm deep and 19cm high. Wipe the metal with a soft dry cloth and clean the glass gently when cool. We recommend fitting by a qualified electrician. Check the bulb cap and wattage against the fitting before use.
