Description

The Alcora Metal Lantern pairs a slim steel frame with a removable glass hurricane, giving you an open, airy holder for a pillar candle. An arched profile rises to a large circular handle, so it can hang from a hook or stand on a shelf, sideboard or table. The clear glass shields the flame from draughts while letting the light spill out on all sides.

Choose from two colourways, an antique gold with a warm, lived-in tone or a matt black for a quieter look, and two sizes, from 16cm x 16cm x 38cm up to 20cm x 20cm x 44cm. The smaller size suits a windowsill or dressing table, while the taller one works well on a hearth, a hallway console or grouped outdoors on a sheltered patio. Both bring soft candlelight to a room without taking up much floor space.

The frame is made from steel with a hand-applied finish, so slight variation between pieces is part of the look. The glass hurricane lifts out for easy candle changes and cleaning. Wipe the metal with a soft, dry cloth and clean the glass with a damp cloth, drying fully afterwards. Use with a pillar candle sized to sit within the glass, and never leave a lit candle unattended.
