The Radiance is a 172cm linear LED pendant light built from intersecting horizontal and vertical aluminium rods arranged in an asymmetric geometric configuration, finished in satin brass. The integrated 80W LED runs the length of the horizontal bars behind a silicone diffuser, providing 3000K warm-white light across the full 172.4cm span. The vertical rods act as structural elements and visual counterpoints, creating depth when viewed from different angles.

Designed for spaces with ceiling heights between 3m and 5m, the Radiance suits large dining tables (seating 10-12), open-plan kitchen islands over 2m long, hotel lobbies, and gallery spaces where the fixture can be appreciated from multiple viewpoints. The adjustable suspension wire allows the light to be set between 110cm and 310cm drop, giving flexibility to position the horizontal bar 70-90cm above a dining surface or higher as ambient architectural lighting. The 73.5cm width provides visual balance over wider tables without overwhelming narrower spaces.

The satin brass finish diffuses reflections and pairs with both warm-toned interiors and cooler contemporary palettes. The adjustable suspension wire allows drops between 110cm and 310cm. For positioning over a dining table the light typically sits 70-90cm above the surface, which works in rooms with ceiling heights of 3m or above. Lower settings suit ambient lighting in spaces where the fixture hangs clear of head height.

Is the LED replaceable?

The 80W LED is integrated into the fixture and not user-replaceable. The LED is rated for approximately 25,000-30,000 hours of use (around 10-12 years at typical residential usage). Contact Maytoni or an authorised service centre if the LED fails within the warranty period.

Can the Radiance be dimmed?

Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific driver supplied with the fixture. Some Maytoni integrated LED models support trailing-edge or DALI dimming. Check the product manual or contact us to confirm dimmer compatibility before pairing with a dimmer switch.

What table length does it suit?

The 172.4cm length works best over dining tables between 180cm and 240cm long, or kitchen islands of similar length. Shorter tables may make the light look disproportionately large; longer tables may benefit from two smaller pendants spaced along the length instead.
