Description

The Vistara is a 3-light crystal pendant with a cylindrical glass outer shade, a polished chrome frame and three G4 bulb fittings inside. Faceted crystal droplets hang inside the glass cylinder on internal strands, catching and refracting light from the three bulbs positioned centrally. The chrome ceiling cap and suspension wire give a clean vertical line from ceiling to pendant.

Designed for compact dining areas, hallways, bedroom alcoves and stairwell voids where a narrow vertical fitting suits the space better than a wide spreading pendant. The 15cm diameter and 125cm total drop (including suspension) work in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, typically positioned 700-900mm above a dining table or sideboard surface. The glass cylinder keeps the crystals contained and gives the pendant an architectural outline rather than a sprawling chandelier presence.

The faceted crystals inside refract ambient and direct light into spectral flashes across the glass, adding decorative interest without dominating the room. The chrome finish on the frame and ceiling cap reflects surrounding tones and pairs with both cool-toned and neutral interiors. What bulbs does the Vistara take?

The pendant takes three G4 capsule bulbs, each rated up to 20W maximum. G4 bulbs are low-voltage (typically 12V) and require a transformer. Check whether your ceiling wiring includes a compatible transformer before installation, or fit one if needed. Bulbs are sold separately.

Can the suspension height be adjusted?

The 125cm measurement includes the suspension wire and ceiling cap. The wire can typically be shortened during installation to suit lower ceiling heights, but extending it beyond the supplied length requires additional wire from the installer.

Is the glass shade removable for cleaning?

The cylindrical glass shade is fixed to the chrome frame. The crystals inside can be dusted by removing the shade from the suspension (disconnect power first). Wipe the glass with a microfibre cloth and gently dust the crystal strands without pulling them from their fixings.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 125cm drop suits rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. For dining table or sideboard installation the pendant typically hangs 700-900mm above the surface, which works comfortably in standard-height UK rooms.
