Description

This polished brass tilt bezel is a replacement or upgrade trim for the Knightsbridge SpektroLED IP65 downlight range, allowing the light source to be angled away from vertical to direct light onto walls, artwork, shelving or specific task areas. The bezel replaces the standard fixed trim and clips onto the same downlight housing, giving control over light direction without relocating the ceiling aperture.

Designed for residential applications where accent lighting is needed — such as highlighting wall features, pictures or kitchen worktops — the tilt function typically allows adjustment of around 30° from vertical depending on the specific SpektroLED model fitted. The brass finish provides a warm metallic accent that sits comfortably in traditional, classical and transitional interiors where chrome or white bezels would appear too clinical.

The bezel body is formed from polycarbonate rather than solid brass, with the polished brass finish applied as a coating. This keeps the weight low enough for the spring clips inside the ceiling void to hold the bezel securely without additional support. The IP65 rating of the downlight itself is maintained when the bezel is correctly fitted, making the combination suitable for bathroom zones 1 and 2 as well as outdoor soffits under eaves.
