Description

The Sowa is a dining chair with a matte beige-finished metal frame supporting a plywood seat and backrest upholstered in beige polyester fabric. The fabric has a smooth, satin-like surface with tonal decorative stitching running along the edges of the seat and backrest. Foam padding inside the plywood shell provides cushioning without adding bulk to the 8.5kg frame.

Designed for dining tables, breakfast bars and home office desks where multiple chairs are needed without overcrowding the floor space, the Sowa measures 67cm wide, 86cm tall and 62cm deep. The metal legs splay slightly outward from the seat base, giving stability without requiring crossbars or under-seat bracing. The chair sits at standard dining height and the curved backrest supports the lower back while leaving shoulder movement unrestricted.

The beige tone works across warm neutrals, greys and natural wood finishes, making the chair straightforward to pair with existing dining furniture. What is the seat height from the floor?

The specification table provides overall height (86cm). Seat height is not listed in the manufacturer data, but typical dining chair seat height is 45-48cm from floor to top of seat cushion. Contact us if you need exact confirmation before ordering.

Can the upholstery be cleaned?

The 100% polyester fabric can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap solution. Blot spills immediately rather than rubbing to avoid pushing liquid into the foam. Do not machine wash or use harsh solvents.
