Designed for dining tables, hallway centres and stairwell voids where a compact yet visually active light fitting is needed, the Nordan works in spaces with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. The 30cm diameter keeps the pendant compact enough for tables seating four to six, while the multi-row crystal structure provides sufficient visual weight to anchor the space. The pendant takes four G9 capsule bulbs, sold separately. Maximum wattage is 42W total across all four bulbs. Most users pair this with G9 LED bulbs between 3-5W each, in either warm white (2700K-3000K) or daylight (4000K) depending on the room.

What drop height is needed?

The pendant body is 32cm tall and the cable is typically adjustable on installation. For dining tables the light sits 700-800mm above the table surface, which requires a ceiling height of approximately 2.4m or higher. For hallways and stairwells the drop can be adjusted to suit the void.

How is the pendant fixed to the ceiling?

At 4.5kg the Nordan requires secure fixing into a ceiling joist or a suitable plasterboard anchor rated for the weight. The gold canopy conceals the ceiling rose and the cable run is adjustable through the canopy during fitting.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off the power and allow the bulbs to cool. Wipe each crystal block with a dry microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks a barely-damp cloth with distilled water works, but avoid soaking the blocks or using chemical cleaners that can leave residue on the facets.
