Description
The LumiLife 30W LED work light delivers 3600 lumens of 6500K daylight white output from a panel mounted in a yellow polycarbonate housing with a black folding stand and rear hanging bracket. The unit runs on 220-240V mains via a 1.5m cable terminated with a BS UK plug, designed for construction sites, workshops, garages and outdoor work areas requiring bright, directed task lighting.
The IP54 rating protects the LED panel and internal electronics against dust ingress and splashing water from any direction, making the light suitable for outdoor use in dry weather and indoor environments where dust and moisture are present. The folding stand allows the light to sit on flat surfaces at an upward angle, while the rear bracket provides a hanging point for suspending the unit from scaffolding, ceiling hooks or vehicle interiors.
The yellow polycarbonate front bezel and black stand give the unit high visibility on busy sites, reducing the risk of tripping or accidental damage. The 30W LED panel runs cool compared to equivalent halogen work lights, reducing heat build-up in enclosed spaces and lowering energy consumption to approximately one-third of a comparable 100W halogen unit. The daylight 6500K colour temperature provides accurate colour rendering for precision tasks including electrical work, painting preparation, and mechanical assembly.

Frequently Asked
Is this work light suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. The IP54 rating provides protection against dust and splashing water from any direction, so the light can be used outdoors in dry weather conditions. It is not waterproof and should not be used in heavy rain or submerged.
How long is the mains cable?
The unit comes with a 1.5m cable terminated with a BS UK plug. For sites where the nearest socket is further away, a suitable outdoor-rated extension lead will be required.
Can the light be angled or hung?
The folding black stand allows the light to sit on flat surfaces at an upward angle. A rear bracket provides a hanging point for suspending the unit from scaffolding, ceiling hooks or vehicle interiors.
How does the brightness compare to halogen work lights?
The 3600 lumen output at 30W is broadly comparable to a 100W halogen work light, but with lower heat output and approximately one-third of the energy consumption.
