Description
The Glaiza is a 122x91cm rectangle wall mirror with a geometric panel design, dividing the reflective surface into five angled sections within a silver and grey wooden frame. The frame itself is 4cm deep and weighs 20kg, giving the mirror sufficient presence to anchor a wall above a sofa, sideboard or console table without appearing insubstantial.
Designed for living rooms, bedrooms and hallways in modern and industrial-styled homes, the mirror works as both a functional reflective surface and a decorative accent. The angular panel divisions create visual interest when the mirror is not in use, while the two-tone silver and grey frame palette pairs comfortably with cooler-toned interiors, concrete finishes, brushed metal furniture and grey upholstery. The 122cm width suits walls of 150cm or wider to maintain proportion.
The wooden frame provides rigidity and durability at the 20kg weight point, meaning secure wall fixings are required during installation. The 4cm depth gives the mirror a defined profile when viewed from an angle, so it reads as a framed object rather than a flush surface. The geometric divisions within the glass are achieved through bevelled edge cuts, creating subtle shadow lines that shift depending on the room's light direction throughout the day.

Frequently Asked
How is the mirror mounted to the wall?
At 20kg, the Glaiza requires secure wall fixings rated for the mirror's weight. The back of the frame will have D-rings, a French cleat, or keyhole slots depending on the specific production batch. Fixings into solid wall or into studs behind plasterboard are recommended — avoid cavity fixings alone.
Can the geometric panels be felt on the surface?
The panel divisions are created through bevelled edge cuts in the glass, so there are shallow grooves where the sections meet. These are visible and slightly tactile but do not interrupt the reflective function of the mirror.
What room size does it suit?
The 122cm width works best on walls of 150cm or wider, typically in living rooms, bedrooms or hallways. In smaller rooms or narrower walls the mirror may dominate the space visually.
How is the frame cleaned?
The wooden frame can be wiped with a dry or barely-damp microfibre cloth. The mirror glass itself can be cleaned with standard glass cleaner applied to a cloth, not sprayed directly onto the surface to avoid liquid seeping into the bevelled edge joins.
