The Knightsbridge geometric cage pendant shade is a 180mm-diameter wireframe structure made from brushed chrome-plated steel, forming an open polyhedral cage that surrounds but does not fully enclose the bulb. The cage is designed to accept a separate E27 vintage-style lamp holder (sold separately), allowing a decorative filament bulb to be visible through the open framework.

Suited to kitchen islands, dining areas, bedrooms and bars where multiple pendants are grouped together or used as single statement pieces, the cage works best with exposed filament bulbs in squirrel cage, tubular or large globe shapes. The brushed chrome finish provides a cooler metallic tone than brass or copper, pairing comfortably with stainless steel appliances, polished concrete worktops and monochrome colour schemes. The 170mm height and open structure keep the fitting visually light despite the metal construction.

This product is a shade only — it requires a separate pendant lamp holder with cable and ceiling rose to function. Knightsbridge's compatible vintage-style lamp holders include the 8271xx series, TRK8271xx range and CALLA Vintage holders, all sold separately at Niori. The cage clips or threads onto the holder depending on the specific lamp holder model chosen, and the combined assembly then hangs from the cable.
