Description
The Eveready 4.7W GU10 LED bulb delivers 345 lumens at 3000K warm white colour temperature, operating on standard 220-240V UK mains. Each bulb uses 4.7W to produce light output equivalent to a 50W halogen GU10, reducing running costs by over 90% compared to the halogen bulbs these are designed to replace. The GU10 twist-and-lock base fits any standard GU10 downlight fitting, track light or spotlight without modification.
Designed for kitchens, living rooms, dining areas and hallways where recessed downlights or ceiling spotlights are the primary light source, these non-dimmable bulbs provide consistent warm white light suitable for everyday tasks, ambient lighting and accent lighting. The 3000K colour temperature sits in the warm white range, comparable to traditional incandescent and halogen tones rather than the cooler daylight whites found in 4000K+ bulbs. The spot beam angle (typically 36-40 degrees on GU10 LEDs) concentrates light downwards rather than spreading it wide, making these suitable for directional lighting rather than broad area coverage.
This 5+1 pack contains six individual bulbs — five in the standard pack plus one bonus bulb. Each bulb carries an F energy rating under the revised 2021 EU/UK energy label scale, which rates LEDs more strictly than the previous A++ system. The non-dimmable construction means these bulbs are not compatible with dimmer switches and should only be installed on standard on/off circuits. Installing them on a dimmer circuit may cause flickering, reduced lifespan or immediate failure.

Frequently Asked
Are these bulbs dimmable?
No. These are non-dimmable LEDs and must only be used on standard on/off circuits. Installing them on a dimmer switch will cause flickering, buzzing or premature failure. If you need dimmable GU10 bulbs, search for dimmable-rated GU10 LEDs in the Niori bulb range.
What's the colour temperature like compared to old halogen bulbs?
The 3000K warm white is very close to the tone of traditional 50W halogen GU10 bulbs, which typically sat between 2900K and 3100K. This makes them a direct replacement without the cooler, bluer tone of daylight white LEDs.
How many bulbs are in the pack?
Six bulbs in total — five in the standard pack plus one bonus bulb. This suits most rooms with four to six downlights or provides spares for future replacements.
What halogen wattage do these replace?
These 4.7W LEDs produce 345 lumens, equivalent to a 50W halogen GU10 bulb. The energy saving is approximately 45W per bulb, or 270W across all six bulbs in the pack when used simultaneously.
