Essari LED Crystal Pendant Light - Chrome

The Essari is a 22cm diameter LED crystal pendant light with a polished chrome circular base and canopy, from which a cascade of faceted crystal droplets descends in a funnel formation. An integrated 12W LED inside the chrome ring illuminates the crystals from above, refracting light through the multiple layers of glass to create both direct downlight and scattered sparkle.

Designed for applications where a compact footprint is needed but decorative impact is still required, the Essari suits bedside positions above nightstands, clustered installations above kitchen islands or breakfast bars, and paired placements either side of bathroom mirrors or dressing tables. The 16cm drop from canopy to the lowest crystal means the pendant sits close to the ceiling, making it suitable for rooms with standard 2.4m ceiling heights where longer drops would feel intrusive.

The polished chrome canopy and base provide a cool metallic frame that contrasts with the warm refraction through the clear crystal droplets. At 1.35kg the pendant has enough weight to hang steadily without swaying under air movement, while the chrome finish reflects surrounding light to amplify brightness in smaller spaces. The integrated LED removes the need for bulb replacement and runs cooler than halogen equivalents, making the fitting safer for low-ceiling installations.

Is the LED replaceable?

The LED is integrated into the fitting and is not user-replaceable. The LED module is rated for approximately 25,000-30,000 hours of use, which equates to over 10 years of typical domestic use before any dimming occurs.

Can multiple Essari pendants be clustered together?

Yes. The compact 22cm diameter and short 16cm drop make the Essari well-suited to clustering in groups of two, three or five above kitchen islands, bars or dining counters. Space pendants 40-60cm apart for balanced coverage without visual crowding.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 16cm drop suits standard 2.4m ceiling heights. When hung above a worktop or bar at typical 900mm height, the crystals sit approximately 1.5m above the floor, providing headroom clearance without the pendant feeling too distant from the work surface.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off at the mains before cleaning. Use a dry microfibre cloth to remove dust from the chrome canopy and base. For the crystal droplets, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water works for fingerprints, but avoid soaking the crystals or using household sprays, which can leave residue that dulls the refraction.
