Alissa 4 Light K9 Crystal Pendant Light - Chrome

The Alissa is a 45cm diameter crystal pendant light built on a chrome frame with four tiers of faceted K9 crystal forming a domed profile. Four SES bulbs (sold separately) sit inside the crystal structure, refracting light through multiple layers of cut-glass elements. The chrome canopy and suspension chain match the internal frame, and the 35cm drop from canopy to base makes the fitting suitable for rooms with ceiling heights from 2.2m upwards.

Designed for dining rooms where the table diameter is 100-120cm, bedrooms with a central ceiling rose, and entrance halls with lower ceiling heights, the Alissa provides decorative impact without the projection of larger chandeliers. The tiered crystal arrangement catches both natural daylight and evening artificial light, creating moving reflections across walls and ceilings as the viewer's position changes. The 45cm width gives sufficient presence above a small round dining table or a double bed without overwhelming the proportions of a 3m x 3.5m room.

Each tier of K9 crystal is cut with facets that catch and redirect light at different angles depending on the bulb type used. Warm-white LED or halogen bulbs create amber tones within the crystal, while cool-white LEDs produce sharper, crisper reflections. The chrome frame provides structural support and a polished metallic accent that contrasts with the transparency of the crystal. What bulbs does the Alissa take?

The fitting takes four SES (E14 small Edison screw) bulbs, each up to 40W maximum. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED candle bulbs between 4-6W and 2700K for dining rooms or bedrooms.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 35cm drop from canopy to the base of the crystal makes the Alissa suitable for ceiling heights from 2.2m upwards. When hung above a dining table the pendant typically sits 70-80cm above the table surface, which works in rooms with 2.4m ceilings.

Can the crystals be cleaned?

Yes. Switch off at the mains before cleaning. Wipe each crystal element with a dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. For more thorough cleaning, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water can be used, but avoid soaking the metal frame or allowing water to pool around the bulb holders.

Is the pendant suitable for a bedroom?
