Description
The Knightsbridge 2-gang modular faceplate is a 235mm-wide screwless plate in anthracite finish, designed to accept euro module inserts for TV, data, USB, HDMI, telephone and AV connections. The plate is constructed from SPCC steel with a built-in gasket that seals against the mounting box, and the screwless cover clips onto a separate sub-frame to give a flat, fixing-free surface once installed.
Designed for media walls, home offices and AV installations where multiple connection types need to sit together in a single faceplate, the 2-gang format accommodates two standard euro modules side by side. Common configurations include HDMI + USB, ethernet + coax TV, or twin HDMI for dual-display setups. The faceplate fits a standard 25mm back box and the 4.5mm projection from the wall keeps the profile low against plasterboard or masonry.
The anthracite finish is a dark grey with a subtle sheen, sitting between matt black and graphite. It pairs cleanly with dark-toned interiors, media unit cabinetry and walls painted in greys, charcoals or deep blues. The screwless design means there are no visible fixings on the wall once the cover plate is clipped into place, giving a continuous surface across the faceplate with only the module apertures breaking the plane.

Frequently Asked
What modules does this faceplate accept?
The faceplate accepts standard euro module inserts including HDMI, USB, ethernet, coax TV, phone, speaker terminals and blank plates. Modules are sold separately and clip into the apertures behind the faceplate.
What back box depth is required?
A standard 25mm minimum back box depth is needed. The faceplate adds 4.5mm projection from the wall once the screwless cover is clipped onto the sub-frame.
Is the screwless plate removable?
Yes. The anthracite cover plate clips onto a separate metal sub-frame that is screw-fixed to the back box. The cover can be removed for painting, module changes or cable access, then re-clipped without rewiring.
What other finishes are available in this modular range?
Knightsbridge produces this modular faceplate in multiple finishes including polished chrome, brushed chrome, matt black, white and polished brass. Use the search function to find other variants in stock at Niori.
