Description

The Knightsbridge LFC24IPCW5M is a 5m IP67-rated LED strip light delivering 4000K cool white light at 610 lumens per metre from 64 x 2835 SMD LEDs per metre. The strip runs on 24V DC supplied by a separate constant voltage driver (sold separately), drawing 4.8W per metre for a total 24W across the full 5m length. The IP67 silicone coating protects the LEDs against dust ingress and water immersion up to 1m depth, making the strip suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation.

Designed for under-cabinet lighting, cove lighting, stair tread illumination, bathroom mirror backlighting, and outdoor architectural accent lighting, the strip can be cut to length at 125mm intervals to fit the exact run required. The 10mm width (12mm including the silicone coating) sits inside narrow profiles and recesses, and the strip arrives with 3M self-adhesive backing pre-applied for direct surface mounting. For longer runs, multiple 5m strips can be linked in series up to a maximum of 20m total before voltage drop affects brightness.

The 4000K colour temperature produces a neutral cool white output comparable to daylight office lighting, which suits task lighting applications, commercial retail displays, and contemporary interiors where a warmer 2700K-3000K tone would feel too domestic. The strip is dimmable when paired with a compatible 24V dimmer and driver combination (sold separately). CRI >80 ensures reasonable colour rendering for general illumination, though critical colour-matching tasks benefit from higher-CRI strips.
