Description

The Knightsbridge LFC24IPCW3M is a 3m length of 24V LED strip light rated IP67 for dust and water ingress protection, delivering 4000K cool white light at 610 lumens per metre. The strip is 10mm wide (12mm with end caps) and 7mm thick, encased in a clear silicone sleeve that seals 64 SMD LEDs per metre inside. The IP67 rating permits installation in bathrooms, outdoor canopies, garden decking perimeters and other locations exposed to moisture.

This strip requires a separate 24V constant voltage driver (sold separately) and draws 4.8W per metre, totaling 14.4W for the full 3m reel. The strip can be cut to length at 125mm intervals, marked along the run, allowing it to be fitted into alcoves, under kitchen cabinets, along staircases or around architectural details where a full 3m run is not needed. The rear of the strip carries 3M self-adhesive tape for surface mounting on clean, dry substrates. Aluminium profiles, IP end caps (LFCFIX10) and fixing kits (FLEXFIX) are available separately.

The 4000K colour temperature sits between warm white (2700K-3000K) and daylight (5000K-6500K), producing a neutral cool white that works in modern kitchens, bathrooms, offices and utility spaces where colour rendering is more important than warmth. The strip is dimmable when paired with a compatible 24V dimming driver and controller. Maximum continuous run is 20m — longer runs require multiple driver feeds to maintain brightness and avoid voltage drop.

This 3m strip draws 14.4W total (4.8W per metre) and requires a 24V DC constant voltage driver rated for at least 15W. Knightsbridge and other manufacturers offer compatible drivers — contact us if you need a recommendation for your installation.

Can it be cut to length?

Yes. The strip can be cut at 125mm intervals, marked along the run with scissor symbols. Cuts must be made at these marks to avoid damaging the circuit. IP end caps (LFCFIX10, sold separately) seal cut ends for outdoor use.

Is it suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. The IP67 rating protects against dust ingress and temporary immersion in water up to 1m depth. This makes it suitable for outdoor canopies, garden lighting, decking perimeters and other exterior applications, provided the driver and connections are also rated for outdoor use.

Yes, when paired with a dimmable 24V driver and appropriate control gear. The strip itself does not contain dimming circuitry — dimming control happens at the driver level.
