Description

The Knightsbridge LFC24IPCW1M is a 1m length of 24V DC LED strip light rated IP67 for dust and water ingress protection, delivering 610lm of 4000K cool white light from 64 surface-mounted 2835 SMD LEDs. The strip draws 4.8W per metre and operates on a 24V constant voltage driver (sold separately), with dimming capability dependent on the driver and control gear used.

Designed for both internal and external installation, the IP67 rating allows the strip to be used in wet locations including bathrooms (zones 1-2 when correctly installed), outdoor feature lighting, covered patios, kitchen under-cabinet lighting, and accent lighting in moisture-prone areas. The 10mm width (12mm including end caps) and 7mm projection allow discreet installation in narrow channels, profiles, or directly on surfaces using the supplied 3M self-adhesive backing tape.

The strip can be cut to length at 125mm intervals, allowing precise fitting to alcoves, shelving, stair treads, or architectural details. A maximum run of 20m is supported before voltage drop affects output. The cool white 4000K colour temperature sits between warm ambient lighting and daylight, providing clear task lighting for work surfaces, retail displays, and contemporary interiors where crisp white light is preferred over warmer tones.

Knightsbridge produces a full range of compatible drivers, controllers, connectors, and aluminium profiles (all sold separately). IP end caps (LFCFIX10) and fixing kits (FLEXFIX) are available to complete installation in external or wet environments. The strip carries a 3-year warranty and an L70B50 rating of 54,000 hours, indicating that the LEDs will maintain at least 70% of initial output for approximately 6 years of continuous operation.
