Description
The Knightsbridge LFC24IPCCT is a 24V CCT LED strip light supplied on a 30m reel, with adjustable colour temperature from 2700K warm white through to 6000K cool white. The strip carries 120 x 2016 SMD LEDs per metre, delivering 455 lumens per metre at 11W per metre with a CRI rating above 90. The silicone sleeve provides IP67 ingress protection against water and dust, making the strip suitable for both interior and exterior installations.
The 12mm-wide strip (14mm with optional end caps) can be cut to length in 100mm increments, allowing custom runs to fit alcoves, under-cabinet runs, cove lighting, outdoor pathways, and garden features. Maximum continuous run length is 10m before a new driver feed point is required. The strip ships with 3M self-adhesive backing tape on the reverse, so it can be fixed directly to clean, dry surfaces without additional brackets in low-vibration environments.
Colour temperature adjustment requires a compatible CCT controller (sold separately), which blends the warm and cool white LED channels to produce intermediate tones between 2700K and 6000K. Dimming is possible with a suitable 24V constant-voltage LED driver and dimmer module (sold separately). The strip works with Knightsbridge's range of drivers, controllers, connectors, aluminium profiles and fixing accessories, including the FLEXFIX mounting kit and LFCFIX10 IP-rated end caps.
The IP67 rating means the strip can withstand temporary immersion in water up to 1m depth, making it suitable for bathroom zones, outdoor decking perimeters, pool surrounds (not submerged), and garden lighting exposed to rain. The silicone construction resists UV degradation better than PVC-sleeved alternatives, reducing yellowing and brittleness over multi-year outdoor installations.

Frequently Asked
What does CCT mean and how is it controlled?
CCT stands for correlated colour temperature. This strip contains both warm white (2700K) and cool white (6000K) LED channels on the same tape. A compatible CCT controller (sold separately) blends the two channels to produce any intermediate tone between 2700K and 6000K, allowing you to adjust the light colour to suit different times of day or room moods.
What driver and controller are needed?
The strip requires a 24V constant-voltage LED driver rated for the total wattage of your installation (11W per metre). For a 10m run you need a minimum 110W driver, plus headroom for inrush current. A separate CCT controller is required to adjust colour temperature, and a dimmer module if you want brightness control. Knightsbridge stock compatible drivers and controllers.
Can the strip be used outdoors?
Yes. The IP67 silicone sleeve protects against rain, dust and temporary immersion up to 1m depth. The strip is suitable for outdoor decking perimeters, garden pathway lighting, pergola accent lighting, and feature wall washes. Ensure all connections use IP67-rated end caps and connectors, and that the driver is housed in a weatherproof enclosure or installed indoors.
How is the strip cut and joined?
The strip can be cut every 100mm at marked intervals along its length. Cuts are made with scissors or a sharp blade through the silicone sleeve and PCB. Connections are made using push-fit or solder connectors (sold separately). IP67-rated end caps (LFCFIX10) seal cut ends for outdoor installations. Niori also offers a Flex Cut service where the strip is pre-cut to your specified lengths before dispatch.
