The Knightsbridge 4-way track X-connector joins four TRK series track sections in a cross configuration, allowing track lighting layouts to branch in four directions from a central point. Built from black polycarbonate with copper conductors, the connector carries 230V single-circuit power through each arm and maintains electrical continuity across all four track sections.

Designed for commercial retail, gallery and hospitality installations where track lighting needs to cover intersecting display zones or ceiling grids, the X-connector can also be used as a central power feed point, with the mains supply entering through one arm and distributing to the other three. The 181mm square footprint sits flush with standard TRK track width, and the 18mm projection keeps the connector profile low against the ceiling. The black finish matches black TRK track rails and sits discreetly in installations where the track infrastructure is visible.

The polycarbonate body is rated IP20 for dry indoor use and carries Class I earthing. Each arm terminates in the standard TRK track connector profile, allowing track sections to clip in without tools. The connector handles the full 230V 50Hz load of the circuit, so spotlights can be positioned anywhere along the connected track sections without needing to concentrate loads near the power entry point.

What track system is this compatible with?

This connector is designed for the Knightsbridge TRK series single-circuit track system. It will not fit other manufacturers' track profiles or multi-circuit track systems.
