Digital grand piano with 88 triple-sensor hammer-action keys in a compact format suitable for home, studio or stage performances. Sound is delivered through base-mounted stereo speakers or from 2 headphone outputs under the keyboard itself. A choice of 12 internal voices can be selected with options for variable keyboard split or dual layering, thanks to the 189-note polyphony. An inbuilt DSP section offers a selection of reverb, delay and chorus effects, which can be saved with sound settings in 2 user memory banks. Note keys double up as edit keys for all settings and functions, resulting in a clean and uncluttered control surface. An accompaniment section has a choice of 12 different drum patterns, which can be used along with a record-loop function for practice. In addition, the NPK-10 has 20 internal demo songs. USB connection to a computer sends and receives MIDI for recording and playback. MIDI and audio can also be wirelessly transmitted via Bluetooth®, which can also be used in conjunction with the "Piano Mate" app for self tuition and exercises. A damper pedal is included, which connects to the 6.3mm pedal jack on the rear panel. An Aux input is provided for backing tracks and main stereo line outputs for connecting to a PA system, monitors or recording device.
