Description

The Adastra 28U Rack Cabinet provides a robust, professional solution for housing 19-inch rack-mount equipment in large-scale installations. Built from cold-rolled steel with folded edges for strength and finished with a durable epoxy powder coating, this cabinet ensures long-lasting reliability. The lockable tempered glass front door combines visibility with protection, while removable side panels make setup and servicing more convenient.

Inside, both front and rear rack strips are supplied and can be adjusted to suit different mounting depths, making it easy to accommodate equipment with overhanging fittings or heavy units needing rear support. The top panel is vented for cooling and includes a cut-out for optional fan installation. The door can be mounted to open either left or right, while the rear panel provides fixing apertures for wall-mounting. Alternatively, the cabinet can be used free-standing.

With features such as cable knock-outs, secure locking, and simple assembly, the 28U cabinet is a dependable choice for professional IT, AV, and network environments.
