Free worldwide delivery on orders over £99
We offer free delivery on all orders over £99, both UK and international. Once your order is ready to ship, UK orders are typically dispatched on a next working day delivery service. Some items are dispatched directly from the manufacturer, in which case the delivery timeline depends on product availability and final assembly where applicable. Larger items may be shipped on pallet service.
International deliveries
We regularly ship worldwide and are experienced in fulfilling international orders. Free delivery is offered on all orders over £99.
For international orders containing third-party brand products (e.g. Knightsbridge, Ideal Lux, Mantra, Maytoni and others), the order may be subject to an additional courier surcharge. Surcharges are based on volumetric weight rather than actual weight and are particularly relevant for larger items such as lighting fixtures. If a surcharge applies to your order, our team will email you before dispatch with the surcharge amount — you will then have the option to proceed with the order, or cancel for a full refund.
For international orders of Niori own-brand products, no volumetric weight surcharge applies. Free worldwide delivery on orders over £99 with no additional carriage cost.
We ship internationally using reputable global couriers including UPS, FedEx and DHL. Transit times generally range from 3–10 working days, depending on the destination country and any customs clearance.
Please note: for international orders, the prices on our website do not include any local customs duties, taxes or import charges. These remain the customer's responsibility and are assessed upon arrival in the destination country.
Fulfilment and dispatch times
Dispatch times vary by product. Some items are shipped directly from our warehouse, while others are made-to-order or sent from our manufacturing partners. Estimated dispatch times are shown on the individual product page where available. We will always inform you of any expected delays or pre-order lead times. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact sales@niori.co.uk before placing it.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging into your Niori account.
Additional notes for international customers
If we identify any potential customs issues or documentation needs in advance (for example, restricted items or address verification), we will contact you before dispatch to resolve them.
Delivery failures and redelivery
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the goods at the delivery address. If a delivery fails due to absence at the address, an incorrect address, or another reason within the customer's control, any redelivery charges or additional courier fees incurred will be the customer's responsibility. Items damaged in transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, contact us at sales@niori.co.uk within 3 days of delivery, with photographs of the damage and the packaging. Claims made outside this 3-day window cannot be replaced free of charge. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate, and we cover return shipping costs for genuine transit damage.
