Description

The Zeal is a 110mm diameter outdoor LED recessed downlight with an integrated 15W LED running at 3000K, housed in a white die-cast aluminium bezel with a front IP54 rating. The fitting sits flush with plasterboard ceilings once installed, with the white bezel concealing the cut-out edge and the internal reflector directing light downward in a focused cone.

Designed for covered outdoor areas where weatherproofing is needed but direct rain exposure is avoided — covered patios, entrance porches, eaves soffits, and outdoor corridors. The IP54 rating protects the front face against dust ingress and water splashes, making the fitting suitable for sheltered outdoor installation but not for fully exposed wet locations. The 15W LED output provides general downlighting for areas of 2-4 square metres per fitting, depending on ceiling height.

The die-cast aluminium construction gives the fitting thermal mass to dissipate LED heat without active cooling, prolonging the lifespan of the integrated LED module.
