Description

The Windsor is a 6 light chandelier built around a crown-inspired circular frame in a matt graphite finish, with six curved arms extending from a central ring to hold candle-style E14 bulb fittings. The frame combines forged metal curves with decorative scrollwork and a lower pendant drop beneath the main body, all hand-built in the UK by Elstead Lighting.

Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and larger living spaces with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the Windsor provides ambient light distributed evenly across six points. The curved arms radiate from a central suspension point, creating a balanced light spread suitable for a 3-4m dining table or a 4x4m entrance hall. The graphite finish is a near-black matt coating that absorbs rather than reflects light, giving the metalwork a forged-iron appearance without the weight or maintenance of genuine wrought iron.

The chandelier takes six E14 candle bulbs (sold separately), allowing flexibility to choose filament-style LED bulbs for a traditional look or frosted LED for more diffused light. The overall diameter sits around 600mm based on the arm extension visible in the image, with the lower pendant drop adding approximately 200mm beneath the main ring. The graphite coating pairs with grey-toned, industrial and contemporary interiors as well as period properties where black metalwork is already present.
