Description

The Vivid Crystal is a 950mm 15-light chandelier with a white-painted metal frame, transparent blown glass arms and cut crystal droplets cascading from two tiers of candelabra arms. Each of the 15 E14 fittings sits on a chrome candle sleeve within a glass sconce cup, and the entire frame hangs from a velvet-covered chain on a chrome ceiling rose. Bulbs are sold separately.

Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and double-height spaces with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the chandelier provides both ambient and decorative light across a 4-5m room. The 710mm drop from canopy to lowest crystal measures the chandelier body only — the velvet chain allows adjustment on installation. The white frame contrasts with the transparent glass and clear crystal, giving definition to each arm without the heaviness of dark metal. The chandelier is dimmable when paired with compatible E14 LED or halogen bulbs and a trailing-edge dimmer.

The glass arms are hand-blown by Ideal Lux's Italian suppliers, so each arm shows slight tonal and thickness variation. The cut crystal droplets are faceted to catch and disperse light from multiple angles, creating moving reflections on walls and ceilings when the chandelier is lit. The white metal finish softens the contrast between the frame and lighter-coloured ceilings, and the velvet chain cover hides the cable run inside a cream-coloured fabric tube. At 950mm diameter and approximately 8kg total weight, the chandelier requires a ceiling joist or reinforced fixing point rated to support its weight.
