Description

The Vespera is a small outdoor wall light with a single adjustable spotlight head housed in a grey painted cast aluminium body with a Pyrex glass lens. The spotlight head rotates and tilts on a ball joint, allowing the GU10 beam to be directed along a garden path, onto a doorway, or down a wall to graze brickwork or render.

Designed for residential and commercial outdoor installation, the Vespera suits house facades, garden walls, gateposts and courtyard perimeters where directed accent lighting is needed rather than general flood illumination. The IP65 rating protects internal components from dust ingress and direct water jets from any direction, making it suitable for exposed positions without overhead shelter. The 100mm backplate mounts to standard outdoor junction boxes, and the 250mm projection places the spotlight head clear of the mounting surface to avoid casting shadows back onto the wall.

The cast aluminium construction gives the fitting corrosion resistance and structural rigidity in marine and high-humidity environments. The grey powder-coated finish is textured rather than smooth, which hides minor scuffs and weathering better than gloss finishes. The Pyrex glass lens withstands thermal shock from sudden rain on a hot bulb surface and transmits the full GU10 beam pattern without tinting or diffusing. Bulbs are sold separately, and the fitting accepts any GU10 up to the maximum wattage listed in the Specification table.

Dimmer compatibility depends on the GU10 bulb you install. If you use a dimmable GU10 LED and pair it with a compatible dimmer switch, the light output can be dimmed. Non-dimmable GU10 bulbs will operate at full brightness only.
